Wanted: Office & Marketing Administrator
January 11th, 2010We are looking for a capable, efficient & organised person for an immediate start in the role of Office & Marketing Administor. This is a varied and demanding role, with clear potential for internal advancement within the company for the right candidate.
Responsibility
- Receptionist and general office duties.
- Data Entry and maintenance of customer databases.
- Invoicing and basic accounting tasks, including some credit control.
- Some PA duties for directors.
- Fulfillment of mail shots.
- Assist Marketing Manager with a range of regular and ad hoc tasks, with a view to growing marketing responsibilities over time.
Experience
- At least 3 years admin experience, preferably in a busy, SME type environment.
- Marketing Support experience a distinct advantage, especially in online and B2B marketing.
- Experience in Print, Design, Event, Signage or Media industries an advantage.
Ideal Candidate
- Educated to Leaving Cert Standard with Fluent English.
- Pleasant & Communicative, with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Adaptable & efficient Multi-tasker who thrives in a busy work environment.
- Highly literate in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated Worker but also team-spirited.
- Would suit candidates interested in progressing career towards Office Management and/ or pure Marketing roles.
